The is a website on Co.gov that explains employees rights, I also was informed that you need to fine tooth the contract you signed before you contact a laywer, use high lighters to mark what you as employee are suppose to do, and what you do not have to do. I bet you will find something that will give you info on overtime. I feel you, im in the same type of situation, Good luck
