  Megan: I'm searching for a general practitioner doctor in/around the Lakewood or Long Beach areas. Searching for a good doctor who is understanding, patient, listens well and preferably has experience with patients who have autoimmune diseases (I do also need an endocrinologist as well). I have an HMO insurance plan. I would very much appreciate recommendations from anyone who has personal experience with a GOOD doctor! Thanks!

  Dr. Jamei on long beach blvd. 562-304-2101. He is wonderful, caring, patient and very good. Can get the same day or next day appointment. Staff is great too. I am very happy with him!
