Took my dog for grooming after the winter and she still had her winter coat. After discussions that I couldn't pick the dog up until after 4 when I got off work and she agreed it would be okay for her to stay until then. The day before the appointment the groomer retracted that I wasn't able to leave her there until I got off work. Day of grooming I dropped her off, received 2 phone calls and text messages about the massive amount of tangles my dog had and that she didn't want to give her a puppy cut like I requested. I returned 3 1/2 hours later to pick her up, the door was locked and the phone was not answered even though I called repeatedly and knocked on the front door of the store. I finally was able to get in the store and she still was not done grooming my dog. Then proceeded to tell me that she should charge me extra because of all the effort she had to put into giving her the cut yet my dog looked like she had been groomed by a child because she refused to puppy cut her like I asked. I have taken my dog to Bubble for the past 4 years and never had an issue with the previous owner. Will no longer take my dog to the new owner. Completely disappointed.
Have 3 dachshunds and need to locate someone to trim nails every 4-5 weeks. They have dark nails, so I want someone who has done it with success. If you know a groomer or have a name of someone qualified, please let me know.
