  I go to a midwife. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised with the level of care and respect you will receive. Try the center for womens health. They have offices in Avon and Brick. http://www.midwivesrus.com/ Also, if you're willing to drive to mercer county, I can recommend some AWESOME midwives.
