  David: I work for an agency called ExpandTheRoom LLC, but I think that might be a little bigger than what you're looking for. I'd suggest Alex Hertz. He's from New Orleans, in the band Sun Hotel (so he's a musician himself), and an awesome web-designer. He could probably build you something really nice with a CMS.
