  Can anyone recommend a builder (which they have got work done by) in the Drumcondra area who they reckon could give me a detailed and well-founded price estimation for major refurbishment work on a house? It’s far from certain there would be a job out of it as I don’t own the house, and may not own the house, but need to know how much some structural work would cost before I decide is it even a runner to buy the house.
