  I need website design assistance for a couple of projects. My budget is not huge but I do have a budget. I have no experience hiring Web design help, so looking either for recommendations of Web designers who might be interested in this kind of small job or guidance on where to find likely candidates. I'm mostly looking for help with the overall look and feel of the site, maybe some logo design ideas, design of the high-level organization, and so on. Not looking for interactivity, store front, or other implementation details.
