  Julia, you can search for lease purchase properties and/or homes for rent on my site at www.TheRickStarrTeam.info Probably best to drive by and look for signs since your looking in a pretty narrowed down area. Avery, Conklin, condos at Hillliard Heights off Springdale by Crosscreek, Luxair etc.
