  Still looking for recommendations for contractors concerning our deck. Out of the 6 I called only 3 returned my call and only 1 is coming over to give us an estimate. Right now we don't know if the job is replacing part of the deck or the entire thing but you would think with the winter coming a chance at some quick money would be worth it. When we had a leak on our roof we had the same problem. If it didn't involve replacing the entire roof no one wanted to be bothered.

  Jackie. Most Private contractors bid jobs months in advance. That's the only way they can keep a steady income. That being said. There is a reason they work for themselves..........not sure how busy he is but you can try Jason at Morris Contracting. 412-997-4742....... He's my friend/neighbor. Does excellent work.
