  Dear Neighbors, I am very sorry for all of the commotion coming from our side of the duplex on this fine Sunday morning. Please understand that the yelps of profanity, insanely loud hum of a shop vac and fans, and shuffling of furniture between the wee hours of 5:30-8:30 AM, were equally as unpleasant to us. Also, please understand that we were not causing all of the ruckus for fun, but because our side of the duplex flooded... again... for the third time. It's been fun, but I'm over this duplex. That being said, our lease ends on Feb 1, 2014 and I'm looking to buy a house rather than sign another lease. Do I have any realtor friends out there, or any friends that might know of one?
