The most important thing to note is that my hair is not any normal color, currently it is silver, before that it was pastel pink. (both done by me, but bleached at a salon in Denver. I dont touch bleach myself!) I do have a new color in mind, but its complex and I need a professional to do it. Money is not a huge object, though I would like it to be reasonable, but I understand the cost of having nice hair.
