My daughters are 11 and 13 and even when equipment broke, the girls were sticklers about what they eat, they made them feel like it was their fault even when wires were pocking their cheeks and causing them to bleed. Scheduling and payment staff were not helpful at all either. Even requesting a receipt was an ordeal. Prepayment was not allowed, if you paid a $1000 one month the next month you were in default if payment was not made. My oldest is done and her teeth do look good, and the younger is nearly done as well with good results. Since you will be dealing with them for years try to find an office which is more helpful and customer oriented. I regret having gone to them for service.

  Dr. Faust and Dr. Grubaugh did both my kids. The Damon system they used on them was wonderful. No phases like Michelle said. The time table that was given was very very accurate.
