  Rowhouse French drain and sump installer? Does anyone have a recommendation for a contractor to install a French drain and sump in a regular row house? Both myself and neighbor are having water and/or sewage ingress and while the source is still being looked for, I need to prevent any damage or remediate any current damage I am experiencing.

  I had a good experience with [Basement Waterproofing Nationwide](http://bwn.com/). Despite their name, they are a local company based on Harford County. They put in a french drain and sump for me, did a great job and were done in 1 day. It's been about 4 years and I haven't had any water in the basement since.
