  I haven't used him for about 4 years, but Joe Zagar is a great guy, does a very good job, and is not overly priced. 816-616-8903. He will remember me as Nancy Streit and he did work for me in 2 different Overland Park town houses. His wife Mindy does his scheduling - she is delightful and may remember my name too.
