  So far we've talked with 3 roofing companies to get quotes. The first guy said he'd come back on Saturday to discuss quote then wondered why my husband wasn't available on Sunday when he actually showed up. Second guy never returned a quote even after we called and reminded him. Third guy is supposed to be here at 9 and just called to say he isn't coming until 11. Do these guys not need the jobs or is failing to follow through a norm? Any suggestions or recommendations would be helpful.
