I'm looking for a personal trainer. I'm going to be 41 this Saturday (gross) and Ive gained about 30 pounds in the last 2 years. My goal is to be back around 120. I need a workout plan that is doable for me, with the time I have. I also need a meal plan that isn't going to starve me, cause lets face it, I love food! I also don't want to spend a fortune on a trainer. I'm looking for 1 on 1 training, so please no groups. Thanks!
