  Looking for local suggestions....we need work done on our shower. Seems the drain wasn't properly sealed and so water seeps under the shower floor and it has begun to smell. I'm thinking the floor needs to be taken out, whatever damage is underneath needs to be fixed, and then we'll need a new floor put down. Thanks in advance for the help!
