They are super welcoming of people of all fitness levels; they will modify any and all workouts to accommodate physical limitations and injuries. Their classes are usually really early mornings or in the evenings, but it varies a lot with location and trainers. There's nothing quite like getting your exercise under the stars. Campgladiator.com

Classes are unlimited, so you can attend any of the 40 locations in the Raleigh area throughout the month. They always welcome people to try it out once to make sure it's a fit for you so at least do that.
