The second time I brought a new computer to be set up and that went good except Al put in the wrong email address for windows. I said it was ok, not realizing the email set up within the system would not work. I believe a professional would know the consequences of this and tell me and fix the mistake? The 3rd time I took the computer in for a specific issue, I was notified the computer was ready. When I went to pick it up I asked about the issue and Al looked blank. I guess he did a check of some kind, but I had to leave the computer and pick it up a couple days later. This last time I took the computer in, I knew it needed a battery and also had other problems. I was notified it was ready, came to pick it up and couldn't even get it to turn on when I got home.
