  I need a seamstress that's not going to cost an arm and a leg and can work with short notice. My daughter picked out her dress for a Military Ball happening the 30th. We had to special order the dress to get it in a Royal Blue. The dress shop is backed up on alterations. She needs it hemmed up and straps made. It comes with a wrap that can be used for the straps. Please let me know if you're able to do this and cost. We should get the dress by Thursday next week. TIA.
