  I don't know of any within a short distance, but one of my favourite places from Vancouver has opened a place in Bellevue -- Santouka (http://www.santouka-usa.com/). I've not been yet, but even if it's not as good as up north, it's probably a solid bet. Nearby to that, there's also Kukai (http://www.kukai-ramen.com/) which is also good IMO.
