  We used green Sherpa for our PSE energy audit. We collected our rebates through sustainableworks.com who were a great resource for finding contractors who met the PSE requirements. In the end our contractor for the weatherization and heat pump install was HomeRXwa.com . I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THE FUJITSU HEAT PUMP! It is working for now but it has been a nightmare. As far as green goes, it truly depends on what they are blowing in side your walls and attic.

  Might be worth doing a home energy audit through SustainableWorks (http://sustainableworks.com). It costs $150, but it is heavily subsidized and well worth it. They can help you choose the option that works for you and even identify incentives/rebates. Good luck!
