  If you have moovite app on your phone you can search there it's very easy. If you don't use these kind of phones you can try bus.co.il on the computer and there you have optionts to search rotes and to tell what exactly you want

  Hi everybody! Thanks again ahead of time as you all helped me track down my extended family last time! I'm finally taking my family to come visit Israel for the first time (I've been twice on organized trips) and had a few questions. 1. Is public transport pretty reliable around the country or should we rent a car? If so, how do car rentals work in Israel and what prices do they usually run with insurance per day and/or kilometer? 2. None of us speak hebrew unfortunately, so where are the most English friendly places (given most people speak it anyways, we just want to be polite). 3. Best place to get a cell phone near the airport? 4. Any good places to places or resources to hire a private tour guide for the day and what does that usually run? 5. Best places I have to take them? I have the usual Haifa, Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Jaffa, Ben Yahuda St, etc. Locals spots are even better.

  Recommend taking buses and not hiring a car, you never know where you will end up and if you are on the right side of the line or not. bus.co.il is an alright bus app

  First, welcome to Israel! Second, there is no bus map, and as far as I can tell, there never has been. Or at least, no one I've ever met has been able to find one, so if there is one and you find it (or if you make one), let us all in on it. You mostly get directions here by approaching a bus stop, asking someone which bus to take, and then, once the person you asked and everyone else at the bus stop has answered the question, you take the average of the results. This typically works, but will occasionally get you lost. After a while, you become one of the people who gives directions. If you want a more reliable solution, the best you can do - which is actually pretty good - is the bus.co.il website or the Google maps 'bus' button, both of which will give you public transportation options, except for the Carmelit, between any given pair of points in Israel.

  I've never seen an official bus map, nothing covering all the bus lines of the city, but you can find maps of specific routes on various websites like bus.co.il and google maps. Egged also has just introduced maps on their website for specific routes.

  What dorms? At the University? You can take the 24 to Rehov Hameginim and walk 1 block down to Yafo. Though the others pass through Hadar, which I'm sure you can find a Russian super easily. Check Google Maps public transportation search or http://bus.co.il for more specifics :)
