  ISO of Handyman for apts. 16 units. Small repairs and can be done on weekends or after work. Must be willing to bill out and be able to buy necessary items needed for repairs up front. Have references as well. Could eventually be Handyman for other apt buildings if all works out. Great for extra income and is as needed basis. PM me for details.
