  AccuTech Appliance fixes them (604-799-8033)--he may be able to tell you if he feels it is worth fixing or not if you describe what's happening. Also, with microwaves, sometimes they stop working and miraculously start again later--that happened to us--ours died so we bought a new one and tried the old one months later when we were told about this and it worked fine. We gave it to my mom and ten years later it is still working. So you might want to unplug it and wait a few days and see if it works.
