  Replaced the whole home furnace last winter and now we have a gas leak at the wall mount heater in our bathroom. It's old and may not be able to get the part. Our plumber feels a new heater would cost less. This is old house is making Ira feel like pulling his hair out

  Thanks Kelli Wise Luckenbaugh . The valve works so that shuts off the gas to the bathroom. We just can't turn it on for heat. The plumber said if he could find one it would cost about $245 and a new heater with modern connections would come with it. Tom Henry with http://www.wilburhenry.com/ came out and looked at the project. Now we wait for how much :-(
