Pear Karlsgodt in La Mesa. 619-464-3191. I know he takes Delta Dental, I'd guess he'd also take Cigna. Worth a call to him Been going to him since the 1980's. Love him. Rita, his assistant has been with him the entire time and his hygienist, Kelli is wonderful too.
