Hey everybody - this is long overdue, but after my heater died during our last cold snap, I called Chris Burkhardt (at y'all's suggestion), and he fixed it right up - last night while it was in the 20s outside, the house stayed an even 70 all through the night. He was professional, efficient, affordable, and only mildly sarcastic (but he's right, I really should change the air filter more often...). I can't recommend him highly enough for all y'all's heating needs! He'd probably be fun to get a beer with and solve the world's problems, too.
