  Heather R. wrote: My husband and I used Amanda for our wedding in May. As soon as we paid, Amanda fell off the face of the planet. She would not respond to e-mails, text messages, return phone calls, etc. I continued to use her for our wedding day because I was very pleased by the quality of the photos we had received and I like Amanda as a person during sessions (we used her in a family shoot as well as our engagement session). It has been 6 months from our wedding and we still have not received our photos. She never provided the guest book that was supposed to be included in our package, and we are not receiving any responses to any methods of communication. I have begun the process of taking this to small claims court. All I want at this point is my photos, but unfortunately no method of communication is working. You can only do so much with no willingness to communicate. It is such a shame, because she does take good photos but I can't say I would recommend her unless you want to wait a year to get what you pay for.
