  Recommendations for contractors or building advice? I'll try to keep it succinct, but I have no idea who to ask this other than just go to Home Depot or Lowes and start asking around... I would like to add a workshop/garage to my home. I am out of the city limits, but still in Escambia county. The property is a duplex/town home setup with a neighbor attached on one side, and maybe 10-12 feet to the property line on the other side for half of the length of the house, and then a fence surrounding the pool on the back-side. I'd LIKE to expand the living room/what-would-have-been-the-garage area that way, so it's just a bigger garage/work-room/shop. Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks.
