  NEED SUGGESTIONS! My washing machine had a power surge and went out this weekend. The mechanic from LG was just here and said my board is fried and this model LG 2003 has been discontinued. My home owners insurance has about $1000 deductible so that won't help. My options are to try to find a new board from some parts place, although we don't know if more damage was done to the washing machine besides the board, so spending $ on a new board is iffy. Or where to find a large capacity washing machine ASAP?

  Recently bought a new dishwasher from Appliance Discounters in Webster on Watson a couple doors down from Fuzzy Taco in Yorkshire. I shopped Lowes, Best Buy, Home Depot and so on and this placehad the best price and good selection. Nice people too.
