Mechanic recs in Nova? Hey everyone!
Looking for recs for a mechanic in the NOVA area who can do some work on my 1971 BMW 2002 (water pump, clutch master/slave cylinder, carb adjustment, etc). Have all the parts and would do it myself but work has stacked up over the next few weeks. Ideally looking for someone who takes on side work in his garage during the night hours/weekends. Nice nuts/bolts mechanical classic so would rather avoid the rates of high tech garages if possible. Thanks in advance for any and all recs!

I trust and enjoy Pham's in Arlingon http://www.phamscarcarecenter.com/ However, I don't know how they will treat your 50 year old BMW
Does anybody know a good mechanic in the Arlington area? I'm having a power steering issue with my 08 CTS. I just moved down here and am looking for someone I can trust.

I dunno how amazing they are, but I feel like the place I go to does good work for a fair price. They also worked with my carmax warranty to get some work paid for by them without me having to deal with it. It's Pham auto near the VA square metro. http://www.phamscarcarecenter.com/
Northern Virginia friends: help. I need a good mechanic to fix my geriatric Nissan Pathfinder: muffler and catalytic converter. Refuse to go to dealer or a franchise- I want a Joe's Car Repair kind of place. Ideas?
