  Frame to finish; Eric Johnston (860) 324-9280. They remodeled our kitchen, put on an addition, finished the basement, and dealt with numerous other contractors(geothermal, dry basement systems), not to mention my 2 1/2 year old. Would trust his guys any day of the week. And quite frankly, you can't pay for that kind of trust now a days. And he's right in town. Can't hurt to meet with him and get a quote.
