  Does anyone have a dentist they see that can and will put patients under for procedures? I guess I'm going to be one of those that doesn't do well with dental work. I am 41 and just had my first three fillings. The first one I had done the week before last, was completely fine and I had no issues. Shots/needles do not bother me at all. I get an IV medication every 4 weeks and have had numerous steroid shots in the joints of my fingers and knuckles but the pain of feeling like your teeth are being drug against concrete at 100mph is, I guess, something I'm not going to be able to tolerate bc after the two fillings I had today, 6 lidocaine shots and whatever a mandibular block is, that is still what it felt like for some reason. The dentist also hit a nerve with the first shot that made what felt like a bolt of electricity shoot down one side of my tongue. I almost punched the dentist in the face when that happened. Super sweet dentist and staff but this is just not something I want to have to tolerate again if I don't have to. So please, if you have had the same issues I had today and need to be put under, share your dentist's name. Thanks in advance!
