  So as much as I don't want to I'm thinking about finding a new pediatrician closer to Burlington. We moved here in June and I'm still driving my kids to our old one (who we really like) but with the drive + appt that could sometimes be 2-3 hours which can be hard when it's not a planned visit. Who do you recommend. I prefer someone younger who is really good with the kids and attentive to parent questions.

  Pediatric & Adolescent Medicine: Bishop Alexius M MD 45 Cavalier Blvd, Florence, KY 371-7400. Started there when my babies were born. Left the state for a couple years and never found any doctors I liked better then in this practice. Came back to NKY and was happy to send my children back there. Great practice, always available, we never feel rushed and we never wait.

We're straight deductible, so I'm factoring costs in as well!). I'm looking for a doctor to help with my teenage son's adhd for now, but of course, I'd like to have someone that I can trust when we're sick. I'd really like someone who takes the time to listen to me and doesn't immediately dismiss my thoughts or concerns. Who returns phone calls, etc. Anyone you really love?

  Dr Richard Berger.....awesome with my son ...who is now 20 and still sees him, even thought a pediatrician. ..my son has horrible adhd, depression and he adores Dr Berger 859-371-7400. In Florence near Boone co HS. He personally returns phone calls...a wonderful doc!
