Working random hours needing someone who would be available at random times cause it would be whenever my work would call me in, would give a day in advance if I had to work. And possibly every other Saturday from 8 to 12. Would never need anyone later than five o clock on weekdays. And would only have to watch my 16mth old from 3 to 5.
