However, I very often overflow my lasagna pan and resort to using huge foil pans, which creates a lot of waste. I can't seem to find any bakeware bigger than my lasagna pan, but I'm currently cooking a Philly cheese steak casserole in a 15.5x11.5x4 inch foil pan and its full. Does anyone know of where I can get one? (I also use an 8 quart Dutch oven, and very often overflow it)

  You should check out a restaurant supply store and get some metal baking pans (sometimes called hotel pans or steam table pans). [Webstaurant.com](https://Webstaurant.com) has a lot of things!

  Pat Catans sells candy bags that could easily be used for take home cookies with a twist tie or Sugar Showcase has bags and boxes. I have also ordered from Webstaurant.com

When I worked at a restaurant, I knew we had access to commercial wholesale equipment that if not cheaper, had better quality stuff for the same price. So searching around it looks like Restaurant Depot has a "direct to consumer" website called the theRDstore (versus their main site, which requires proof that you're a buyer for a commercial entity). I was wondering if anyone has experience with their house brand "Qualite" or if anyone knew any other restaurant supply companies that sell direct to consumers online or in the South central PA/north central MD area.

  I second webstaurants. I don't order anything from by big purveyors anymore. It's way cheaper and usually shows up faster from webstaurants.

  Search for a used restaurant equipment location. They will be open to the public and most likely have a surplus of pots. It will be your cheapest option as they tend to make their money on appliances not small wares. They are fun to meander through and you may find some other stuff and they will cut you a deal if you buy multiple things. Otherwise, webstaurant is good, but can be pricey!

  We've found that sams seems to be cheaper than William george on a lot of items and the convience of ordering online and picking it up when you schedule is good. There is a restaurant supply store but they sale more of equipment than supplies. There's also webstaurant.com that has lots of supplies to choose from. You just have to watch for shipping prices.

  Store for store doesn't sell stuff like that. And as far commerical equipment, here in Hampton Roads it is so expensive. I have looked. I just ordered a refrigerator offline because it was still cheaper with shipping. You can try webstaurant.com. I will get the other site for you too. If you Google what your looking for a bunch of pics will come up. Cambro which has amazing products sells all kinds of cool portable freezers too

  You can get a battery powered price computing scales for less than $100 on webstaurant.com. However if your state will inspect the scales I would go to a butcher supply or local scale company and get a sealed and calibrated one.
