  Pet owners - BK Veterinarian recommendations? Hello /r/brooklyn! My wife, two dogs, and I are new to BK (Sunset Park). Anybody have a thumbs up rec on a decent vet and/or vets to avoid? Preferably a dog walk away from Sunset Park area if this exists please. Bonus question, someone told me there's a dog run in Sunset Park. This seems like a myth. True? I've found one at Owl's Head, however, it's a bit of a hike and my dogs have never been more dirty. What is that, kitty litter? Thanks guys!

  Roy Appel at Fifth Ave. Vet Hospital in Bay Ridge, 9102 Fifth Ave. 718 748 1066. He's cared for my cats for ten years and is excellent. So dedicated. The kind that will stay the night with gravely ill pets and you won't even know that unless the staff tells you. He is a true animal lover. FYI I've never been in a cab or car service that didn't take cats, as long as they are in a carrier.
