  So I'm thinking if I keep refurbishing cast iron, this oven cleaner is going to get expensive! Any thoughts on use lye to strip and vinegar for rust vs. e-tank for both? Where do you even buy lye? Do you have to dump the solution each time or can it be stored and reused? Are there directions for building an e-tank?

Tempted to go back for them! Any recommendations for cleaning and seasoning? I'm pregnant and can't use harsh chemicals.
