  Sam B. wrote: If I could give it a minus 1, I would. Mario is not the nice guy that a couple of others have said he is. He was extremely rude, called me a name, and practically threatened me. My fridge ice maker stopped making ice so I called a couple of appliance repair numbers. Mario called me back, took my address, and said he would stop by on Friday. No mention of any charge for "stopping by". He came on Friday, looked at the ice maker, hit the "Test" switch, and the thing started making ice again. 10 minutes at most, including his rambling "conversation". He then said, "I'll just charge you for the service call". I said, "What? You didn't say there would be a charge for coming out", and he LIED, and said that he told me, which he didn't. I said "How much is it?" and he told me $85... That is literally the first time I heard $85 spoken by him. I didn't say I wasn't going to pay it, only that he should have said something to me on the phone and, at $85, I would not have had him come out, as I can buy (and did) a portable ice maker that makes 26 pounds of ice per day, for $100. At that point he got all pissed off and started insulting me, stormed out the front door, slamming it shut, and telling me "Go F*** yourself" as he walked away. This guy is not only rude and insulting, if I were you, I would be very careful about inviting him into my home.
