Read The Mood Cure by Julia Ross or go to www.moodcure.com to explain amino acid therapy and the next sentence. 50-200 mg 5-HTP OR 500-2000 mg tryptophan. You may need to wean off Zoloft; I can't remember if it's one that's ok to go cold turkey; ask your doc.
Looking for any suggestions on natural/holistic ways to deal with mood swings or to help with calming. I have an 8 year old who can be rather anxious and moody. I do not want to have him put on medication. I am looking for alternatives. Thanks.
