Keep in mind, prices can vary greatly depending on what the county states on your permit. If you lie in a low lying area, your price could be higher due to needing a mound system. If you look at your neighbors houses, if you don't see a mound or raised bed of grass, you will probably be ok and shouldn't expect the higher range of prices. Just be wary of unlicensed contractors and people who offer cheap and quick fixes. This could cost you more in the long run.
