About us
Asalamualaikum! Welcome to our new page where we will be selling hijabs (scarves), accessories, farashas (kaftans), and Indian / Pakistani outfits at affordable prices. We will regularly be adding new items for sale in sha Allah. Please make contact by private message to place an order. Payments are to be made by bank transfer or paypal (there is a surcharge for paypal), you will be notified of all details once you have confirmed your order. Smaller items, for example, scarves and less inexpensive items will be posted by normal first / second class postage and the clothing and more expensive items will be posted out by recorded delivery / courier service. Unfortunately we do not take responsibility for lost items in the post. You will be emailed your tracking number once items have been dispatched.
All items are checked prior to despatch for faults and damages. We do try our best to portray the accuracy of the items we sell through the pics we post on the page (and the item descriptions) but sometimes there may be differences in shading and minor designs etc.
If you would like to collect items and try them on before buying that can be arranged.
We do accept returns only if the item is faulty but it is up to the buyer to have it back to us within 5 days.
