I'm still fairly new to Houston and I am looking for a primary doctor to go over my situation. Does anyone here have any recommendations, preferably in or near Pearland. Also, has anyone or anyone you know had a facet rhizotomy? I've had the injections and they helped in the past, but its always temporary. Thanks!

  [Koala Health & Wellness](http://www.koalacenters.com/) is where you want to go. Those folks are amazing. Cured my back problem thru therapy and taught me stretching & strength techniques I use to keep my back problems at bay. The other thing that I'd recommend is one of those standing desks. I now stand at work most of the day (office job) and found it helps as well.
