  Huge shout out and recommendation for Old Hickory Bistro! Best kept secret in our area and probably the very best pancakes I've EVER eaten. What it lacks in spacious seating (it's quaint), it gains on good service and outstanding food at perfectly reasonable prices. Don't let this place get away, folks. It's AWESOME.
