  Hair Stylist Help: I am looking for a new hair stylist. The ideal location would be North Raleigh to Downtown area. I am looking for someone who is highly experienced with color and can nail it every time, not someone that I have to go back to to tweak it each time it's done (recently went from long blonde to shorter brown). Also, someone that will not get scissor happy. I have to keep my look consistent modeling purposes. Thank you in advance.
