Things started out well. Quoted me one price to do the job and after explaining to him I couldn't afford that, he did lower it. Later he wanted to add another $480 to finish the job because it took longer than he planned and I think he was trying to get back to the original quote hoping I wouldn't realize it he told me to give him the extra or I would have to finish the job myself. I refused to give him more and now I'm left with unfinished drywall. An experienced contractor as he says he is, should know how long these jobs take. Also, they cut the holes on 4 of my recessed lights too big, broke two of my floor tiles, left a mess and to top it off, Rick brought his two young children to my home on more than one occasion while he worked.
Would anyone have a reputable tile installer they could recommend to replace grout that is crumbling in my freaking kitchen floor. Some idiot installed for the builder and did a crap job.
