The area we have to work with is 56’ Long x 23’7” Deep (see survey and photo) We are looking for a small sports pool, large concrete patio area, elite roof with fan, screen enclosure, and shed. (see photo) We are ready to do this within 1-2 months…(giving us some time to review several estimates) We have a cash down payment and will be financing the balance.
