Our general contractor hired Benny as the electrician on our renovation. Despite not choosing him ourselves, we were very pleased with Benny. He was always on time, worked very quickly, but we always felt that he wanted us to be happy. In several cases, when we were deliberating whether to place an outlet or put in a light fixture, he would patiently wait for us to decide. And when we had a hard time making a call, he was always willing to provide an opinion, but he never pushed. That was particularly appreciated, and is yet another reason i can warmly recommend him. After several additional months working with Benny, I am slightly lowering my recommendation, as he has not been as eager to please toward the end of the project, and seems to find a lot of excuses to avoid doing additional work. While I understand he wants to complete projects and move on, it is important to maintain good service throughout the full lifecycle of the project. So, beware of lagging performance toward the end...
