About us
Fully equipped vans with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday, including tv, with freeview & dvd player, microwave, full sized cooker and fridge. One van has large decking & seating boasting fantastic sea views, ideal for relaxing with
morning coffee or watching the stunning cornish sunsets with a glass of wine or the local cornish scrumpy. This van sleeps 6-7, having a bunk over in the twin room and a pull out double in the lounge . Our two bedroom van sleeps 4-5, having a pull out bed in the dining area of the lounge, but does not have sea views or decking. Both vans have a Gas fire in the lounge/dining area in case you feel a bit chilly!!! A 5/10 min walk or a 2 min drive and you are in the bustling town of Perranporth with its 3 miles of golden sands, (seasonal lifeguards) is ideal for surfing, bodyboarding, sunbathing or exploring the caves and rock pools. It also boasts a sea water swimming pool in the rocks and The Wateringhole Pub, recently been voted 7th best Beach bar in the World!!! Perranporth has a good selection of shops, pubs, cafes, take-aways etc and is a great base for exploring beautiful Cornwall, NEWQUAY 10miles, TURO 10miles, FALMOUTH 19miles,BODMIN 27miles, PADSTOW 27miles,EDEN PROJECT 29miles, LANDS END 35miles
Both caravans are older style vans, they do not have heating in the bedrooms and have been rated as Bronze vans by the holiday park.
Please note:-
The park is a small, quiet, park and site rules are only families and couples, the lead person on occupancy form must be aged 25 or over and no single sex groups, i.e. stag on hen parties.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. DEPOSIT
A non-refunable deposit will be needed within days of booking to secure your
booked dates.
2, BALANCE
The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.
3, YOU MUST NOT TRY TO SELL YOUR HOLIDAY TO SOMEONE ELSE
Only those named on the occupancy form are to occupy the caravan.
If you do try to sell your holiday to someone... show more else you would be liable for court
action to be taken against you.
4. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Your caravan will be cleaned and ready for you by 3pm on the date of your arrival.
You must vacate your caravan by 10am of the day of your departure date.
This is so we can ensure it is clean for our next guests.
5. KEEP THE CARAVAN CLEAN AND SECURE
Please check caravan on arrival and report any issues immediately so we can
deal with it appropriately. Please keep the caravan clean and tidy and check the
kitchen equipment is thoroughly cleaned before you leave.
6. BREAKAGE & DAMAGE
Any breakages or damage must be reported immediately. failure to do so may
lead to extra costs.
7. REFUNDS
We cannot offer refunds should you wish to cancel your holiday or decide to
leave early.
8. COMPLAINTS
Any complaints must be made as soon as possible after arrival, or at the time of incident occurrence. No retrospective complaints are ever upheld.
9. DOGS
Should you bring your dog on holiday with you, you are NOT to leave them un-
attended in the caravan
10. BED LINEN & TOWELS
Quilts and pillows are supplied, however, quilt covers, pillow cases, bed sheets
towels and tea towels are NOT supplied. Please bring your own.
11. NO SMOKING IN THE CARAVAN !!!!
